Hey you Yeah you over there Stop allowing people who do so little for you To control so much of your mind, feelings, and emotions A minute of your time Wasted on a person who didn't deserve it Is a minute stolen from someone who did Don't give someone all of your time If they're only gonna give you less than half of theirs Never give someone the opportunity to waste your time twice Remember that there is someone else out there waiting to make you happier than the feet of dancing penguins A love out there to increase your smile wider than the Amazon river Causes you to laugh harder than the biggest diamond Louder than the Joker All I am saying is this Be cautious Be careful Be considerate Be curteous Of who you invest your time in Wasted time is worse than wasted money We can't get our time back Once it is gone It is so long It's gone for good Be cautious Be careful Be considerate Be curteous Of your time Invest in yourself In the love you have for you Why waste it? Your love and time You can give them another chance Or you can forgive, let go, and give Yourself a better hand At a life well lived A peace that keeps you whole A love that is unconditional This is the realest talk Advice I can offer Hear with your whole mind Listen with your entire heart Understand the true value Of your self worth Hey you Yeah you over there Stop wasting your time
