Oh, the blood

The blood of Jesus

Has signed my name

Eternally grateful

To you oh, Lord

For sacrificing your life

To save and set me free

Oh, the blood

The blood of Jesus

Empowers me

The blood of Jesus

Empowers me to be

A blessing to this entire world

More than a blessing to my communities

More than a conqueror could ever be

Overcoming all the enemy has set before me

For I am an overcomer

I overcome by the blood of the lamb

I overcome by the word of my testimony

Let the redeemed of the Lord

Say so

So

I am redeemed

I am here today to announce that

We are to rejoice and praise

Be appreciative of this day

The favorable day of His mighty resurrection

Oh, the blood

The blood of Jesus

Empowers me

I am

A voice in this world

Piercing through the thoughts of those who can't hear

I am

A voice in this struggle

Igniting a creative vision in the minds of the blind

I am

A voice of strong faith, hope, and acknowledgment

That we will overcome

That we shall prevail

I stand here before you

Blood empowered

A former victim who allowed the enemy to manipulate me

Where negative whispers once ruled the battlefield of my mind

If you want to change your life

You must first change your thoughts

You cannot defeat the enemy

Without the renewal of your mind

And the cleansing of your heart

My mind is renewed by the Word of God

Renew your mind

With me today

So that we can endure this together

You and I

Us and we

Can and will weather this storm

Our thoughts

Our words

Are weapons

Containers

We hold the power to create

We hold the power to destroy

Send thoughts of love

Speak words of encouragement

It is already done

This is already written

This is only temporary

Don't give up on your position

Yes, we shall weep for a night

Oh, but in the morning

As we are mourning

Joy comes

Hold on to faith

Embrace joy tightly

Don't allow it to slip away

Smiles aren't meant to vanish

He that endures till the end

Shall be saved

I am empowered by the blood

The things that are happening around us

Are out of our control

Focus on the things that give you hope

Be grateful for what you have

Strengthen yourself through what makes you joyful

Remember to laugh

I urge you to press forward
