Close your heavy eyes

Relax your flooding mindset

Relieve your caring heart

Listen to the sound of stillness

Now release your power within

Listen to the sound of power

Feel the power

You've got to feel the power

I close my eyes of heaviness

In prayer, I speak your name

Desiring you to reclaim your freedom

Living in fear under the wings

of the shadow of darkness

Isn't a way of life

It isn't the way to live

Bind your thoughts of weakness

The joy of the Lord is your strength

Lift your hands in worship daily

You have the undeniable power of choice

Positive consistency is the key

To escape the prison of your mind

That has you believing in a false reality

Your current fearful situation is void of love

The constant abuse is your excuse

Love doesn't hurt you

Nor does it hit you where it hurts

Love doesn't take you down a dark alley

Stripping you of your natural beauty and worth

Nor does it trigger your anxieties

Hitting the bullseyes of your painful past

Digging up the dirt that once covered your worries

Leaving you feeling all alone and isolated

With the horrifying skeletons in your closet

Nor does love separate you from the ones you love

Whom love you dearly

You have got to forgive yourself

You have got to forgive all those who have transgressed you

Ask forgiveness of those you transgressed against

You have to learn to walk away

While you can still walk away

I pray, every day for you to be a survivor

And no longer a victim of your current reality

You are the victor, victoriously breaking out

Expand your capacity

In which you love yourself

Ignore your deceptive thoughts of loneliness

You are not alone

God is in you now

God is on your side

Who can be against you, who?

Run to the nearest restroom

Speak aggressively to the woman in the mirror

Close your heavy eyes

Relax your flooding mindset

Relieve your caring heart

Listen to the sound of stillness

Now release your power within

Listen to the sound of power

Feel the power

Unleash your power

The power of choice

Let go and let God

Guide your footsteps and your voice

Without looking back
